Honey
Quality honey is recently becoming increasingly scarce commodity. Local beekeepers remain faithful to the original practices production of honey, a source of small colonies arelocated at several different locations, thus providing an excellent-full flavor of honey compared to the industrial honey, which are obtained from large colonies located on large fields with a single crop.
The high quality honey can be used to get a delicious slightly alcoholic drink called meadowina, which is particularly suitable in the autumn.
